I found the castle enemies harder than the other level 45 zones, but that's probably because their magic weaknesses were mostly Dark. I suggest bringing Dagger (Dancer) and Staff (Merchant works) type coverage on top of Dark coverage. This castle is slightly larger than most of the other enemy-riddle areas we've gone through. Now proceed west into the castle once you're done upgrading/looting.
